Welcome to the Cottages of Bay Meadows in Holland, Michigan website.

Set in natural surroundings of mature trees and ponds, the Cottages’ grounds are inhabited by a variety of wildlife including ducks, turkeys, fish, and deer.

Association amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, in-ground pool, and the Clubhouse.

The Cottages of Bay Meadows is a condominium association of free-standing homes. Monthly condominium dues and the annual Capital Assessment include the upkeep of the exteriors of all units, grounds and ponds maintenance, roads and driveways maintenance, snowplowing, and trash removal, as well as insurance for the exteriors of all units.

This community is known for its friendliness and helpfulness. As one Co-owner described it, “We landed in heaven!”
